Our change from Fresha

It’s true, KaKaio.co will not be accepting bookings via Fresha.

Instead, we have a BRAND NEW booking system, www.book-kakaio.co, designed specifically with our amazing clients in mind!

Best news is – Afterpay is back at the checkout, memberships are now sold as “6 Session Packs”, and you can book/manage all 6 appointments at once to save you time and effort.

What about all the appointments I booked on Fresha?

Not to worry! We’ve imported all your future appointments which you can manage by logging in here: https://book-kakaio.co/login

If you find that some of your appointments are missing or incorrect, email us at support@book-kakaio.co and we’ll sort it out.

Great…. But what are my login details?

Your username is the email address used on your Fresha account. You’ll need to set yourself a new password though, which can be done here on our Password Reset Page

I purchased a membership on Fresha and I’m only half way through. What happens now?

Fresha will still collect your payments until the membership expires. We’ll then credit this to your account on book-kakaio.co. If you still need to schedule appointments as part of your membership, simply log into your account and you’ll be prompted to set those dates.

If you find that some of your appointments are missing or incorrect, or you don’t get a prompt to set dates, email us at support@book-kakaio.co and we’ll look into it.

Are my Fresha gift cards still valid?

Yes! Gift cards purchased on Fresha will still be valid here. You can use the same code you received from Fresha for any service or product on the new system. To check your gift card balance, visit: https://book-kakaio.co/card-balance or email support@book-kakaio.co if you have forgotten your code.
