Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we want to make sure our clients are happy with our services. Therefore, if you need to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible.

Time is valuable 

If you cancel your booking within 48 hours of the scheduled service, we will provide a 50% refund of the total cost. If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of the scheduled service, unfortunately we will not be able to offer a refund.

We hope you understand that we have to allocate resources and staff to provide the treatments and cancellations within 24 hours make it very difficult for us to adjust. Nonetheless, we will always strive to work with our customers to find a fair solution, and will consider other options on a case-by-case basis.

Late Arrival

Late arrivals may result in lost treatment time unless our schedule enables us to offer you the full service.

Health Conditions

Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries which could affect your experience when making your booking. Due to the nature of our business we do reserve the right to refuse service to customers carrying infectious diseases.
